The Program will promote transformative alliances oriented towards the generation of economic and social opportunities, in which the private, public and civil society sectors participate, under a Reconciling Approach (ER) that includes the recognition of the past as a mobilizing instrument, the change from being and the inclusion of the different most vulnerable population segments (LGBTI, Afro, indigenous, gender and disabled) with an emphasis on the young population.

The ER allows differentiating factors to be incorporated into social and economic initiatives through the application of principles such as respect for others, building trust, valuing care for life and promoting individuals in their condition as agents of change and social transformation To this end, the program uses methodological instruments as guides for the application of the approach, including the psychosocial accompaniment strategy ‘Decide to be’ and protocols such as Gender and Social Inclusion and Change of Narratives for the Media.
Likewise, the ER will accompany initiatives that allow the collective construction of the truth and memory of the country's history, supporting communities to face the past and promote the transformation of the present.
